Hillside or sloped properties
Properties that occupy hillsides and steep slopes provide different challenges and opportunities to homeowners, landscape designers, and contractors alike. Hillside construction may take longer than other landscape construction because of the specialized planning and engineering involved. A soils report, or geotechnical report may be required, especially if the construction involves retaining walls or an infinity pool. Build in extra time to your projected schedule if your project involves such types of construction.
